Frequently Asked Questions
Overview of Costs
The cost of therapy is not covered by public health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenkasse). In some cases, supplementary insurance (Heilpraktiker Zusatzversicherung) may cover part of the cost. Some private insurance companies also offer reimbursements. You will need to check this directly with your insurance provider.
Individual therapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost 110 euros.
Couples therapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost 140 euros.
We will determine the frequency of the sessions together during the first session (dependingon how you feel, what you want to work on, etc.).
At the end of each month, I will email you an invoice for all the sessions you have had during that month. This document will contain the necessary information for you to make the payment by bank transfer.
The cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. All sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be counted as if they had been taken.
The first session has the same duration and cost as all other sessions.

Couples Therapy

My approach is active and collaborative. I not only observe and mirror back what is happening between you, but I also provide tools, structure, and a safe environment for you to reconnect emotionally and transform your relationship.
During the process, you will learn to communicate better, identify negative patterns, and use your emotions as a source of connection. -
I work mainly with Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a scientifically validated model that seeks to re-establish emotional connection and strengthen the bond between partners. This approach has proven to be highly effective and is suitable for both people who express their emotions easily and those who are more reserved.
-
Couples therapy is most effective when both partners participate. Once both of you are committed to the process, I can help you move forward together. I can also guide you on how to invite your partner to participate in therapy in an open and respectful way, or how to pursue individual therapy.
-
