THERAPY
Individual &Couples
If you are an expat, a foreigner, or live in a multicultural environment, here you will find a safe space to grow and work through difficult emotions.
A space to grow and improve wellbeing
If you live in another country, you know how difficult it can be to find psychological support in your language and with someone who understands your cultural context.
In my practice, you will find a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions and relationship dynamics, and thus discover new ways and strategies to face life's challenges.
I offer individual, couples and group therapy, in English or Spanish, tailored to your needs and goals to support you in your personal and emotional growth.
In person in Berlin or online from anywhere.
What I offer:
Individual Therapy
A self-discovery and healing process
A safe space of active listening and non-judgemental support.
In my practice, we will work on a personalised path towards your well-being and mental health. We will identify what is causing you discomfort today, understand where it comes from, and develop practical strategies to manage it. Each session is individual and tailored to your needs, supporting you in moving towards a more balanced, authentic, and meaningful life.
I will help you deal with:
Depression
Anxiety, fears and phobias
Work stress and burnout
Eating disorders
Crises in your personal relationships
Low self-esteem, emotional blockages or demotivation
Conflicts with your partner
Grief and loss

Cultivating your personal growth
Migratory grief
Making decisions with greater clarity
Life crises
Support for expats and international individuals
Living in another country can be enriching, but also challenging. I help internationals who are going through processes such as cultural bereavement, feelings of not belonging or adapting to a new environment, or any mental health difficulties, offering an empathetic and safe space in your language (English and Spanish).
How do I work?
My approach is integrative and adapts to your history, your needs, and your cultural context. I use tools from evidence-based approaches:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Humanistic Approach
Mindfulness
Each process is unique. Together we will build a therapeutic path that allows you to move forward with calm, depth and meaning, in an environment of respect, support and non-judgment.
Couples Therapy
Reconnect, communicate and strengthen your bond
To see each other, to listen with care, and to understand one another’s perspective.
Not all challenges in a relationship require therapy, but when conflicts become repetitive, emotional distance grows, or communication no longer feels as it once did, seeking support can make a meaningful difference.
You might recognize some of these situations:
Frequent arguments or periods of silence
Feeling that the “special something” that once brought you together has faded
Experiencing emotional distance or loneliness within the relationship
Diminished intimacy or trust
Difficulty resolving important differences
Navigating a life change or crisis (moving countries, work transitions, infidelity, illness, the birth of a child, etc.)
Intercultural differences
These moments do not have to signal the end of your relationship. With support, you will be able to reconnect, heal old wounds, and rediscover your connection.
What can you expect from our couples therapy sessions?
A safe space to talk and be heard without judgement
Tools to improve communication and empathy
Understand the patterns that drive you apart
Strategies to manage conflicts in a healthier way
A path to regaining closeness, trust and complicity
Time to reflect on your relationship
Learn how to have healthier discussions
When you reconnect, you feel seen, valued, and understood again. This will allow you to open up more easily, rebuild trust, and regain the joy of sharing a life together.
Multicultural and inclusive therapy, in-person and online
I work with couples from all backgrounds:
Multicultural, international, or from the same country
Who have been together for years or are just starting out
In crisis or simply interested in strengthening their bond
Heterosexual or same-sex couples
If you feel you are going through a difficult time, if there are issues you cannot resolve, or if you simply want to take better care of yourselves as a couple, therapy can be a turning point.
