Terms of Service

Registration for courses must be done in writing, ideally using the online form. After registering, participants will receive a confirmation with practical information. By registering, you accept the general terms and conditions. The information provided when contacting us (name, email, telephone number) is used to respond to inquiries and send information about future MBSR courses.

The course fee must be paid upon registration or, at the latest, 14 days before the start date, at which point your place is guaranteed. Each participant is responsible for themselves and must give prior notice of any medical conditions or limitations.

Cancellations:

· Up to 14 days before the course: refund minus a €30 fee.

· Less than 14 days: no refund, unless a replacement participant is found.

· During the course: no refunds, although it is possible to make up sessions within the same week.

· Changes in teachers do not entitle students to withdraw from the course.

· Conditions also apply in cases of illness, accident, or death.

· Cancellation must be made in writing and confirmed by the organizer.
If the course is canceled due to illness of the instructor, a new date will be offered or the amount will be refunded.

These rules apply to all activities offered. MBSR courses are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment; it is recommended that you consult a professional if you are undergoing treatment. Emotional stability and commitment to daily independent practice are required.
