Terms of Service

Enrollment and registration for the training courses.

Please register for all events in writing. Please fill out the registration form during the information session or, even easier for you, send us your binding course registration via the Internet using the registration form on this website. We always confirm receipt of your registration in writing, with directions to the venue and all other information about the training. For non-binding and free information talks about the content and exercises of the courses, we are personally available by arrangement. With your binding registration, you have automatically taken note of our general terms and conditions and accept them in full.

Handling of information

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and phone number, if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We will also use the information you provide to send you information about future MBSR courses (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).

Conditions of Participation and Cancellation

The training fee is due upon registration at the latest 14 days before the start of the training and ensures your participation. Your place is reserved upon receipt of your written registration and secured upon transfer of the training fee. You will receive written confirmation of registration and participation. With your registration you declare that you take responsibility for yourself and that you accept the terms and conditions in the present form. You hereby release the course management and event venue from all liability claims. Please address any physical or mental illnesses and limitations in the information session.

Cancellation Costs
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the course, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee (administration and information meeting) of €30. If you cancel later (less than 14 days), the entire course fee will be retained, with the exception that we or the interested party could provide a replacement participant.
Cancellations during an ongoing course are possible for individual evenings or mornings, but do not lead to a pro rata refund of the course fees. Missed evenings or mornings can either be made up for or brought forward within the same week (Monday and Thursday) after consultation with us. Lecturers or changes in speakers are not grounds for withdrawal. There is no reimbursement of the course fee (fee refund) if the course is terminated during the training period, regardless of the personal reasons and circumstances of the participant. The cancellation conditions also apply in the event of illness, accident and death. Withdrawal is only possible in writing and only effective if the organizer confirms the withdrawal in writing. Resignation during the training period does not mean that the training can be repeated free of charge, not even for relatives,
Should lessons be canceled due to illness of the course leader, an alternative date will be arranged. If the course does not take place, you will be informed immediately in writing or by telephone and your course fee will be refunded.

All of these regulations and conditions apply to all of our offers (8-week training courses, islands of mindfulness, impulses for mindfulness). With the binding registration of the participant, these conditions are automatically acknowledged and accepted by the participant.

 

  • MBSR courses do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you are in medical or psychotherapeutic therapy, you should discuss with your doctor or therapist whether participating in a course is right for you. A general mental stability is also useful, so that no excessive demands arise. With your registration you agree to take responsibility for yourself without liability claims against the course management.

  • The course requires a willingness to practice on your own every day in order to benefit as much as possible. Regular practice is an essential element of mindfulness training.
